I contacted the centre and seen within two hours,

The waiting rooms are in the centre of the building and in winter especially can be a very cold draughty place, particularly for the older aged, and very young.

I am answering for my mum who is 92 so her condition is related to old age.

Make sure everyone knows where we can go to have a leg ulcer dressed when staying with a relative who lives in Kirkham. There is a lot of conflicting advice and it is difficult to know where to go for leg dressing as everyone seems to say they shouldn't be doing it.
